With the opportunity to showcase her style and fashion perspective to her new world in Kansas City, Bas released the EXPOSURE Collection with the idea of provoking those that were not already so well-versed on the topic of edgy fashion—silhouettes that didn't make sense in the Midwest but remained casual attire in a place like New York City. Red, a martyr in her process—the one color she couldn't wear growing up—is used to showcase the strength of this collection. Presenting raw materials such as leather and fur with apparent details like zippers, seams, and pins, EXPOSURE channels the essence of being real.
