Bag + Giveaway

You could be working slow and steady towards completing a goal and suddenly, gain the energy, and commitment to finish something in record timing. That is me, often.
This last week I created a tote bag and a wallet bag. The original idea had a ‘hands on’ feature, that didn’t make it to final product. Though I won't let it go to waste, so look out for future pieces... The whole process was fun to work on.

After I completed the bag, I decided to take some of the extra cut outs from the fabric and make a wallet bag. No patterns at play, and I was aiming to make it small bag with a magnet latch. Somehow, it came to life!
Now with two products completed, what was my next step? Would they be new products on the site or do I want to keep these pieces as a prototype… regardless, we needed photos to present these new pieces.

BAG GIVEAWAY
We’ve done raffles before, but never a giveaway! After doing some research on different ways to approach this I decided on the following.
Goal: Increase # of people subscribes to the mailing list
Duration: A week
Keeping it simple, that was pretty much it for the plan. I created a promo picture, posted video reminders through the week, and encouraged everyone to participate across all social media platforms.
The week was up and it was time to choose a winner!
